For some reason, many people seem to skip over this section.

Stacking too much +haste is an offense here. If you are not familiar, +haste is an attribute in the game which is stackable.
A player can acquire +haste just as they can acquire +dodge or +stamina.

Haste will reduce the time of your casts and can reduce the time of your ranged or melee attacks.

On WHC, haste does not stack properly;
Haste is much stronger here than on retail and can get to a point where you become imbalanced as a PvPer.
Gear wise, a player stacking only haste will attack extremely fast. Here on WHC, this is against the rules.
Beware, having too much haste here is a banable offense, read the rules.

There haste gear is provided because we can trust most of our players to gain haste in moderation so as to not be too overpowered.
